Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PNP Exteriors website at pnpexteriors.com, your communications with us (including phone calls, SMS/text messages, and emails), and any services you request or receive from PNP Exteriors LLC ("PNP Exteriors," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting a form, calling us, texting us, or hiring us to perform work, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

About Our Services

PNP Exteriors is a licensed and insured Washington State residential exterior contractor specializing in roof replacement, siding replacement, and window replacement for homeowners in Pierce County, South King County, and surrounding communities. All estimates are free and without obligation. Specific scope, materials, pricing, and warranty terms for any project are set forth in a written contract signed by both parties.

SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting into SMS from a web form, intake form, phone call, or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from PNP Exteriors. This includes SMS messages for appointment reminders, order/project alerts, account notifications, estimate follow-ups, invoice and payment communications, scheduling coordination, and occasional service or promotional updates related to your inquiry or project.

Opt-In & Consent

You may opt in to receive text messages from PNP Exteriors in any of the following ways:

• Submitting a form on our website (such as the Get Estimate form) that includes your phone number and a checkbox or consent statement for SMS messages.
• Providing your phone number directly to a PNP Exteriors team member by phone, email, or in person and agreeing to receive text messages.
• Replying START or YES to a prior opt-out message to re-subscribe.

You are not required to consent to SMS messages as a condition of hiring PNP Exteriors for any service, and you may request to communicate by phone or email only at any time.

Types of Messages You May Receive

After opting in, you may receive text messages from PNP Exteriors that include, but are not limited to:

• Confirmation of estimate requests and scheduled appointments.
• Appointment reminders and rescheduling notices.
• Crew arrival notifications and project status updates while work is in progress.
• Invoice notifications, payment receipts, and financing-related communications.
• Warranty registration confirmations and follow-up messages.
• Responses to questions you've submitted to us.
• Occasional promotional offers, seasonal reminders, and service notifications (where applicable).

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the stage of your project. You may receive a higher number of messages during active estimate, scheduling, or installation windows, and fewer messages at other times.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to all SMS and MMS messages you send and receive. PNP Exteriors does not charge a fee for sending or receiving text messages, but your carrier may. Please contact your wireless provider for details on your plan.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can stop receiving text messages from PNP Exteriors at any time. To opt out:

• Reply STOP to any text message from PNP Exteriors. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.
• You may also request to be opted out by emailing office@pnpexteriors.com or calling (253) 499-8864.

Opting out of SMS messages will not affect your ability to continue working with PNP Exteriors via phone or email. If you have an active project, we may still contact you by phone or email as needed to complete the work.

If you change your mind, you can resume SMS messages by replying START or YES, or by giving us your consent again on a future form or call.

Supported U.S. mobile carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and most other major and regional carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by PNP Exteriors.

Estimates, Contracts & Pricing

All estimates provided by PNP Exteriors are free and without obligation. Estimates are valid for the time period stated on the estimate and are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing, scope of work, materials, timeline, and warranty terms are set forth in a written contract signed by both you and PNP Exteriors before work begins. If unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project (such as hidden water damage, rot, or structural issues), we will discuss any change orders with you before performing additional work.

Workmanship Warranty

PNP Exteriors provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on all completed roofing, siding, and window replacement projects, subject to the specific terms provided in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials (such as IKO shingles or James Hardie siding) are provided directly by the manufacturer and are subject to their own terms. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by acts of nature, lack of maintenance, unauthorized alterations, or conditions outside of normal use.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PNP Exteriors does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PNP Exteriors and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website or your interactions with us prior to signing a written contract. Liability for any services performed under contract is governed by the terms of that contract.

Intellectual Property

The content, logos, photos, graphics, and design of this website are the property of PNP Exteriors LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted prominently on our website. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
